I have not tried mozzarella yet because I haven't been pleased with the other mozzarellas I have tried no flavor and rubbery Texture. This may be our last few days of triple digits! After Labor Day they say it is going to be in the high 80's--WOW. South Louisiana may flood this weekend and we may stay bone dry. I lost 2 chickens this summer, but I only had 10. It is sad. Pray next summer is not like this. You did a very kind deed. I too am a cancer survivor; for 10 years now. That is one of the reasons I quit waiting to do things I want to do; like get chickens and goats!. I have 2 brown eyed ND does that are 7 months old. I want a blue-eyed mostly brown doe. One I have is black and the other is mostly white. I have a reservation for a blue-eye buck at Shekinah Creek.
